Childress Insurance Agency is looking to hire a Client Service Agent. Hours are 8-5, Mon - Fri. We offer a rich benefits package; including health insurance, dental, vision and life insurance as well as long and short term disability.
We offer up to 15 days PTO, paid holidays, plus your birthday off. Your duties will include providing exceptionally great service to our clients, answering multiple phone lines, filing claims and following up on them, handling policy changes, answering billing questions including uploading premium payments for insureds, answering policy related questions, making entries into our management system, and anything else needed to help ensure that are clients are all treated like the special people they are. You will also help identify and recommend cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Our agency is family owned, fun, family oriented, and a great place to work. We would prefer someone with at least two years of experience working in an office. The job will require that you obtain insurance licenses. If you don't already have your insurance licenses, we will help you with the process. The perfect person for this job is someone who is a fast learner, who truly cares about people and wants to help them, someone willing and able to treat our clients like they are all VIP's, is energetic, adaptable, has excellent communication skills, written and verbal. You must be a good time manager and multi-tasker, a great listener, be outgoing, hardworking, have strong computer skills.
